After getting a decent night’s sleep Monday, I was feeling slightly more human come Tuesday morning. However, I was fading quickly since we still had not gone grocery shopping and was left breakfast-less and lunch-less. So off to Publix I went for some Carribean chicken salad pita.
I did not plan on eating the whole container thing but it was so tasty it just kind of happened. I’m ok with that. I was also inspired to buy some tropical themed m&ms to accompany my tropical chicken salad.
I have had these before and was not impressed but since I am currently obsessed with all things M, I loved every candy coated bite. Also, did you know there are palm trees on the coconut ones?
After lunch the Ladybugs came to congratulate me on my recent engagement. Such thoughtful co-workers.
A non-ladybug co-worker also wanted to congratulate me with a homemade soft pretzel.
That’s a lie, she had no idea I got engaged, she’s just nice and always bakes for us.
Tuesday evening I was supposed to go to my first spin class at a new studio. However, after I got there I realized I did not pack a sports bra or top. And since this isn’t Miami Beach, I headed home. I immediately packed my gym bag with a sports bra and top so that I would have no reason to skip on a run after work. This engagement has really been interrupting my training! But I guess there are worse things

I am always leaving shoes and sports bras at home and having an impromptu rest day.
