Thanks to President’s Day this was a short week for me. But short week or not, Fridays never come soon enough. If you follow me on Pinterest (Karenk963) then you may think that the only things I pin about lately are navy blue wedding color palettes. But don’t worry, I took a few breaks from wedding madness to pin some things that won’t make you want to strangle me. Or maybe you still will want to strangle me? Idk, just be thankful that the following pins don’t involve any lace or guest book options.
Favorite Office Accessory
I can not tell you how many times I have had to route an important piece of paper with spilled tea on it. My coworkers would probably appreciate this way more than I would.
Favorite Daydream Escape
I am only in the office for 3 full days this week but I am pretty sure I have spent 93% of that time wishing I was here instead.
Favorite Imitation Treat
Ok, this is kinda a lie because there is no way paleo anything tastes as good as Thin Mints. BUT I decided to be nice and share this in case you must follow a paleo diet and feel left out of my Girl Scout cookie love-a-thon that is currently happening.
Favorite DIY
I think this would be extra cool on our back patio if Matt and I made this chandelier using bottles with our homemade labels on them. Also, any project that involves emptying a wine bottle sounds like something I would enjoy.

I will be the first to admit I am pretty clueless when it comes to life speed work. This Runner’s World article does a quick, easy to understand breakdown of the difference between fartlek, tempo and interval speed work.

I think there is nothing better than an iced chai tea but when I make it from tea bags it’s never quite strong enough/sweet enough/something enough. This recipe seems fairly simple and can be kept for easy access for on the go caffeine fixes.
Favorite Shirt
Not only is this shirt hilarious, but so is the guy wearing it. How did he come up with the idea for the shirt? He thought about a shirt that would piss him off during a race. Um, did we just become best friends? I think so.
Favorite Wedding Pin
Ok, so I lied. But obvi at least one wedding related Favorite had to make the list. Matt is a huge Walking Dead fan so this is the first pin that I showed him that didn’t result in an eye roll.
